My husband, daughter and I drove from Santa Clarita for my birthday celebration at the drive In.. Everyone that worked there was friendly and full of enthusiasm. The movie was Beauty and the Beast and it was a fantastic family experience! Totally made me nostalgic for my youth! The entire experience was one I’ll never forget, in fact I’ll be back for the Halloween movies next month. Thank you Electric Dusk Drive In for a great time!

Would have been 5-stars if they hadn't FALSELY ADVERTISED on their Eventbrite that \We will space out cars to make sure folks can always maintain 6 feet of distance.\ This was an ABSOLUTE LIE. All the cars were packed so tightly that we could barely open our doors even if we wanted to get out. Convertible cars were allowed to watch the film with their tops down and no masks. I watched a group of make what were probably TikToks between the cars and groups of people huddled together on the sidelines, all without the employees saying a word. The employees weren't even social distancing as they claimed they would either. Every one has different levels of comfort right now, so I understand if the aforementioned isn't a problem to some people. But the operators need to be HONEST and advertise properly so people who aren't comfortable with their set up don't show up and immediately feel very uncomfortable and trapped for hours.

If you go to this drive-in, make sure you drive a sedan, do NOT drive an SUV. All of the sedans get preferred parking right in front of the screen, the SUV's are off to the side. We were on the far side of the lot and could barely see the screen, not to mention there was a light pole right in-between our view. We asked to move and they just kept parking other cars. We left midway through the movie. The men showing us where to park WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. None of them. The only people wearing masks was the main organizer and the lady checking us in. The main people we had contact with were not wearing masks and they were INCREDIBLY RUDE. It was frustrating. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

There are a lot of good operational drive-in theaters in the LA area. Mission Tiki, Vineland and some more in Riverside. Support those places if you want to see a movie without bizarre parking fees and being directed to a spot that isn't very good.
